The following error may occur when you try to save a copy of a signed document
The error occurs because we lock the PDF for changes. When you try to save a copy, the program checks if there are new fields in the file and informs you that you can not save new content.
You can choose to click "Save a Blank Copy" to save. If you simultaneously enable "Don't show again", the program will remember your selection.
Alternatively, simply copy the file itself from the email by right-clicking on the file and clicking "Save As", then you do not have to open it first.
