When you create a document for signature, the first thing you need to do is to choose a "Case File Type". The case file type defines the kind of documents the case file will include and the order or workflow of the documents and roles - ie. which roles each document includes and their signing order.
If you have any doubts about the workflow of a specific case file type, you can just click on the question mark and a window with information about it will pop-up.
