If you do not have NemID, you can order it here.
You can also use our touch solution, where you can sign with your finger on your tablet or smartphone, and with a mouse on a computer. However, this option is not as secure as signing with an e-ID, and we only recommend it in cases where signing with NemID (in Denmark) or BankID (in Norway and Sweden) is not possible. However, it is still safer than the conventional signature, as Penneo registers both the IP address and the date and time of the signature.
If you are a sender and would like to allow touch signatures, simply check the "Allow touch signatures" when adding signers to the casefile. Read more about how to send with Penneo here.
If you are signing and touch does not appear as an option when signing, please contact the sender of the document and ask them to change the casefile to allow touch signatures.
